I cannot praise this GP surgery enough! I went as a walk-in, having had a terrible experience at another surgery and still needed help for a delicate problem. I requested a female doctor but none were available so was seen by the lovely Dr Mansour. In all my years have not had such a gentle and caring doctor who took the time to minimise my discomfort and ensure I was treated thoroughly. I would not hesitate to recommend this GP.

Dr Beltz and the lovely male nurse were so patient, calming and kind with me today for my procedure. Highly recommend both and will never want to see anyone else but them!

I went to the travel doctor here recently and my experience was perfect. I saw a Dr first who spoke to me, asked me questions and explained things. She was very friendly and explained everything so I could understand. Then I went to see a nurse who administered some vaccinations. She was absolutely lovely as well, chatted to me and made me feel very comfortable. Then I saw another Dr who took a blood test for me - she was nice and recommended places for me to travel to on my trip. Wait time wasn't long at all - and easy to book appt over the phone. Friendly and listened to you.

I went along as a foreign visitor (therefore self-pay). Filled in paperwork and was seen first thing the following morning. Receptionist and doctor friendly, professional and efficient and I was out of there within ten minutes with what I needed.

Very polite and helpful receptionist anc also pathology lab lady. My doctor Shanti asks the right questikns and listens well. I was surprised by her curiosity and proactive approach. My needs were met to a high standard.
